Founded in June 1993, the company now operates from 6 offices conveniently located at Coleraine, Ballycastle, Portstewart, Ballymoney, Ballymena and most recent of all Portrush. In addition we have a busy Commercial office, a Residential Lettings Department, a Land & New Homes Department, an Agricultural Land and Sites Division and a Professional Services Department.

As a company we have grown rapidly and indeed have introduced and contributed a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to the local property market.

We have established an outstanding track record in terms of successful sales of Residential properties, Commercial properties, Agricultural Land, Farms, Development Land and Land & New Homes. We do not charge a fee for arranging a mortgage as we receive payment from the lender.
However, a purely fee based option is available of 1.5% of the mortgage amount.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
