The residential lettings service includes an initial valuation, inclusion of details onto our in-house brochure, advertising on our Internet website, viewings, obtaining a suitable tenant, tenants to complete application and provide a suitable guarantor, credit checking service available if requested by a Landlord, drawing up inventories and lease agreements, collection of the initial months rent and deposit monies.

This further service can be offered to compliment the residential letting service. Property management involves the collection of rent on a monthly basis, organising any repairs required, monthly Landlord statements, periodic and final inspections of the property.
