| A Superb Cold Painted Bronze Pheasant by Franz Bergman, topped McAfee Auctions ‘Flog It’ sale last week at there Ballycastle Sale Rooms.
In a packed auction room, with three BBC cameras, presenter Paul Martin, valuation experts Will Axon and Catherine Southon, and a number of technical and other assistants, bidding was brisk for almost 650 lots, the highlight of the sale being the Cold Painted Bronze which realised £1,550, with strong competition from two local bidders, and an English dealer. Fortunately the bronze stayed locally.
